  • Wolf biology and behavior, covering info. about the physical characteristics of wolves

  • Wolf pack (family) dynamics

  • Stories that reveal the wolf’s intelligence and highly advanced social relationships. These are amazing stories taken from observations of wild wolves from wolf biologists in the field.

  • The role of the wolf in the ecosystem

  • Washington Wolves: the successes and challenges of wolf recovery

WolfWays is a science based wolf education program sponsored by Oregon Wild and Wolf Haven International. Programs are available for Pre-K through 8th grade, as well as adults. Since being launched in the spring of 2014, over 10,000 young people and adults have been amazed by the story of this country’s legendary, and often misunderstood, endangered species. Presentations are available for northern Oregon and southern Washington.

This class is designed for adults and older children.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited.

“In the end, we will conserve only what we love, we will love only what we understand, and we will understand only what we are taught.”
