Introduction to SoulCollage®
with Josie Banks
Sunday, March 17, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
This Introduction to SoulCollage® workshop will get you started in creating your own deck of SoulCollage® cards to work with in community and on your own. You will learn how to consult your cards for self-awareness and guidance. Anyone able to manage scissors and glue can create cards and enjoy the gifts SoulCollage® has for them while
sharing with others in a safe and nurturing environment.
Please bring a journal you can dedicate to your SoulCollage® work. If you currently have SoulCollage® cards please bring them! Please bring a small item to place in an altar area we will create to hold space for our time together.
All else is provided along with coffee, tea, and snacks. Feel free to bring a sack lunch if you’ll need more than light snacks.
Maximum of 12 participants
SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process for self-discovery and community developed by Seena B Frost. This part creative and part spiritual practice of SoulCollage® allows you to deepen your understanding of yourself and tap into your inner wisdom. The goal being to discover and explore the unique inner and outer guides and challengers of your individual Self while in an environment that supports creativity and is also safe for expression of his or her own unique Soul in its lightness and shadow.
If you were to ask me what I do I would answer this way, “I create, I search, I love, I forgive, I write, I garden, I farm, I teach, I heal, I learn, I share, I march forward, and so much more.”
If you were to ask me who I am I would answer this way. “ I am an artist, a healer, a mother, a wife, a friend, a teacher, a farmer, a student, a volunteer, an explorer, a seeker, a SoulCollage® Facilitator, an Airbnb Super Host and whoever else I need to be.”
None of us, not one, can be defined simply. It is my belief that because we are undeniably amazing and diverse Creations, we all have the power of Creative Energy in us. All capable of great things. All prisms of light.
