In this hands-on cooking class you’ll learn how to add rich flavor and beautiful color to your table with organic, fresh, and local ingredients. And we’ll give you recipes and an ingredient list to make your holiday preparations a little easier.
Appetizer: Cranberry Chutney w. Hazelnut Crackers
Soup: Sweet Potato Bisque w. Smoked Sausage
Side: Roasted Root Vegetables (3 versions: Coconut Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Maple Syrup)
Dessert: Roasted Pear with Brie Wedge and Sage Syrup
