THE ARTFUL FIELD JOURNAL: PAINTING SPRING LANDSCAPES WITH WATERCOLOR, PART 2 — April 23, 2022
(ONLINE)
SATURDAY, APRIL 23, 2022, 9:30am - 12:00pm PACIFIC TIME
VIA ZOOM (CLASS WILL BE RECORDED AND AVAILABLE FOR TWO WEEKS)
You may register after the class date and before May 7 to receive a link to the recording. NOTE: THE RECORDING WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE 7TH.
Working from spring subjects, photos, looking out the window, or sitting outdoors, continue with your work on a series of spring-inspired studies through a shared step-by-step sequence. Andie will demonstrate varied techniques for layering gouache (opaque watercolor) and colored pencil within your watercolor paintings. These effective approaches allow us to add light over dark shapes and lively bright details to our work. (It is recommended that you take part 1 to be best prepared for this class.)
TUITION: $25 - $45 SLIDING SCALE (plus processing fees)
The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent out to attendees before the workshop time.
SUPPORT NATURE CONNECTION: Please consider making an additional donation to help TreeSong, a 501(c)(3) non-profit. Anything helps and we thank you in advance!
